Anyone using this information to contact and interview doulas does so completely at their own risk and takes full responsibility for ensuring the doula they choose to work with is the right one for them. It’s important to make sure for yourself that your doula is the right fit for you. You should choose a doula who matches your expectations and shares your values. Always speak to and ideally meet in person a doula before agreeing to work with them and make sure you’re picking someone you will feel completely safe with during your most vulnerable moments.
