Hampshire Doulas

Hi, I’m Mads, a birth and postnatal doula and hypnobirthing instructor based in Southampton. I have an innate passion for pregnancy and childbirth and strive for women to feel informed, empowered, listened to, cared for and confident as they approach motherhood. I became a doula after my first birth and realised how differently things may have unfolded had I been more understanding about my body during labour, and had more confidence in myself. I feel so passionately that every woman and birthing person deserves to feel confident and educated when heading into the birth space. My approach is heavily evidence based and I am there to support you no matter how you decide to birth your baby. I am trained in birthing biomechanics.
