Hi, I’m Sarah
I’ve been a mum since 2002 and a doula since 2009. My passion is for the early days of parenting to feel manageable and enjoyable for you.
As a doula I’m the person you can trust to accept you just as you are. No question is too small or silly to ask me. I’m there to support you to find the things that work for you to make your journey as a new parent smoother.
My training and experience includes, baby feeding support, family sleep support, baby carrying support and supporting people through recovering from negative previous experiences of birth, parenting and life.
I also run the Portsmouth and Southsea Sling Libary and love to be part of creating community for families in my local area. I’m a supporter of Informed Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond and host of Our Birth Stories Podcast (find us on your favourite podcast app).
I work in person in South East Hampshire and some of South West Sussex (mainly along the south coast from Fareham to Chichester through Portsmouth, Havant and the surrounding towns and villages) and also via Zoom for those outside that area.
