I am a postnatal doula, infant feeding counsellor and postnatal educator based in Midhurst, supporting families for 12 years. I am happy to travel to the Hampshire borders particularly Petersfield. I am really keen to support you in having a positive postnatal experience. It can be hard to imagine what life might be like after your baby is born so I am here to be your sounding board and guide every step of the way. Getting prepared for your postnatal recovery, infant feeding, caring for your baby, changing relationships and the transition to parenthood is at the heart of everything I offer.
My services include – Stand alone sessions in person or over Zoom: Postnatal Planning, Postnatal Check Ins, Infant Feeding Sessions, Sensational Sleep and Responsive Routines sessions
In Home Visits: Postnatal Doula Support Packages with practical, emotional and physical support eg preparing nutritious meals, holding babies so you can have a rest/sleep and helping with the day to day.
Emotional and Mental Health Support: Birth, Postnatal and Infant Feeding Debriefs. 3 Step Rewind Process for any traumatic experiences.
