Hi I’m Tamsin, a doula who believes deeply in women’s innate ability to birth and mother when they are supported, informed, and trusted. My journey into birth work grew from my own experiences of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood, which opened my eyes to both the power of physiological birth and the ways women can feel disempowered within mainstream maternity care.
I support women and families to reconnect with their inner wisdom, ask why, and make confident, informed decisions that are right for them and their babies. My approach centres on informed consent, autonomy, and understanding how language, policy, fear, and routine intervention can shape birth experiences.
Alongside practical and emotional birth support, I bring training in Microbirth education, Reiki, rebozo work, and Closing the Bones ceremonies, offering care that honours the whole woman — physically, emotionally, energetically, and psychologically. I offer calm, intuitive, and personalised support, holding space with deep respect for each family’s unique journey
