Birth and Postnatal Doula
I trained as a birth doula with Nurturing Birth. I’m here to support you and your family through this beautiful and special time. I believe in your power as a birthing person to confidently give birth to your baby, and I deeply care for parents-to-be and new parents. You might be feeling a little overwhelmed, have lots of questions, or be super excited about what’s to come – I’ll be here to navigate all that with you!
I see my role as that of service and support to pregnant and birthing people, and their families. I do this by providing care, a listening ear, sharing knowledge and information and an open, non-judgemental mind and heart, as you prepare for labour, and as you get to know your new baby. I also know that no two people are the same and neither are their births or their postnatal experience, some finding daytime help useful and others preferring overnight doula support, this is a good thing! We will make this journey your own.
