Hi and congratulations! I’m Rachel a birth and postnatal doula based near Portsmouth.
With over 15 years’ experience, I focus on guiding parents to feel in control, informed, and supported throughout their birth journey. My approach is non-judgemental, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed, and I hold recognition from Doula UK, Paediatric First Aid certification, and CARROT registration.
