You don’t need fixing. Your body already knows how to give birth. My role isn’t to tell you what to do, but to help you feel confident in your choices and supported in your physiology.

As your doula, I:

Prepare you and your birth partner with evidence-based information, practical hypnobirthing, and a clear understanding of your rights

Support you during birth by protecting your space, reducing fear, and advocating firmly for your preferences

Use tools such as biomechanics, rebozo, acupressure, aromatherapy, and hypnobirthing to support what your body is already doing

When you feel safe, heard, and respected, birth flows more smoothly. My work is about creating the conditions where your instincts can lead.
