Hampshire Doulas

Hello! I’m Lucy and my focus as a doula is on relationship and continuity. I truly believe that birth works best when women and families are supported by someone they know and trust, who also trusts them and holds them as sovereign.
As well as my birth doula work, I also create spaces for connection and community through retreats and circles, work with other local doulas and independent midwives, offer holistic birth preparation, and wrangle my own three small humans.

I’m often asked how best to choose a doula and my answer is always ‘get in a room with someone’ – nothing beats actually having a chat (and cuppa!) and getting a sense of how comfortable you feel in their presence.
