Hi – I am Janet Gray and I am a POSTNATAL DOULA having trained many years ago at Norland College as a nanny and then more recently with NCT (National Childbirth Trust) to become an antenatal practitioner, baby massage instructor, pregnancy and mother & baby yoga instructor. I have also done a doula training course through Baby on Board Doula’s.
I have 2 children of my own but they are at the other end of the spectrum aged 20 and 22 years old.
As a postnatal doula I will support you during the transition into parenthood whether it is the first time or subsequent babies. I come into the home as an extra set of hands to help with running the household and also focus on mum’s recovery post birth allowing her time to rest and recover from pregnancy and birth as well as gaining confidence and developing her bond with her baby.
