I am a birth and postnatal doula living in Fareham, but happy to travel within an hour.
I have four children myself. I am passionate about perinatal mental health and neurodivergent family experiences. I believe that every person’s experience is unique, and that their support should be too!
I volunteer with Informed Pregnancy Birth and Beyond, running free community groups in my local area.
I love to learn about the perinatal period, and I’m always looking to increase my knowledge to improve my services. Recently I have done this by training with Neurodivergent Birth and the Queer Birth Club.
